Cooperative Societies Amendment Act. An Act to amend the Cooperative Societies Act, Cap. 112 to strengthen the regulation and supervision of all types of cooperatives, improve safety and soundness of savings and credit cooperatives, enhance cooperative identity and solidarity, promote member empowerment and improve governance within cooperatives for sustainability of cooperative enterprises, and for other related matters.
